Custom Painted Glassware for Bridesmaids and Weddings

Today I'm introducing you to an artist with a great eye for color and a wonderful talent for painting. Not just painting, mind you, but painting glass.

Painting on its own is a wonderful creative outlet, but can you imagine painting glass? Transparent glass? Can you imagine needing your painting to be perfect not just on one side of the glass... but both?!

That's what Judi Jamieson of JudiPaintedIt on Etsy does!

Judi paints custom personalized wedding glasses for bridesmaids, girls night in celebrations, anniversaries or any other entertaining needs. They're a beautiful way to dress up a table.

These glasses are painted on the outside of the glass in a technique called "reverse painting" and she then seals the paint with a glass enamel that is baked on for long-lasting durability. They're even top-rack dishwasher safe!

Judi offers wedding stemware, gift sets (including some absolutely gorgeous pitchers), kitchen glasses, wine goblets, champagne flutes, coffee mugs and tea cups. Her hand-painted stemware is absolutely breathtaking and she also does custom orders!

One of a Kind Whimsical Monster Vessels

Clay Monster on EtsyToday I'd like to introduce you to a terrifically fun shop on Etsy! When I discovered this shop, I was actually hunting for something else entirely, but when I ran across Clay Monster, I immediately knew that this shop was one that I had to share with all my readers here on my blog!

Clay Monster on Etsy is the brain child and creation of the husband and wife team, Rich Holt and Cat Audette Holt, who together not only run this wonderful shop but create all the whimsical and funny creatures and items inside!

What do they make? They make one of a kind whimsical monster vessels! And by vessels I mean not just the ordinary vase or bowl either. There's functional pottery, of course, from soap dishes to vases but there's also cookie jars, monster creatures and other fun and funny stuff as well!

Each creature is thrown on the potters wheel and created by hand, and every single one of them is a unique one-of-a-kind creation never to be repeated again!

YOU CAN CLICK ON THE PICTURE ABOVE TO VISIT CLAYMONSTER ON ETSY AND TAKE A LOOK AROUND OR, IF YOU PREFER, YOU CAN CLICK RIGHT HERE!

You can also visit Cat and Rich and all their wonderful Clay Monsters on the Clay Monster Facebook Page!

Cookalas House of Cards Fashion Jewelry

It's a beautiful Tuesday morning and I'd love to introduce you to a beautiful jewelry shop today that's filled with lots of sparkle and intriguing pieces.

As a member of the BESTeam on Etsy with me and a handful of other artists, this artisan has a lot to share with the handmade community. Her shop is not just beautiful but successful as well and her pieces of jewelry are gorgeous. I'm especially in love with a number of her earrings and have been tempted more than once to snatch up a few pair for myself!

Eileen, the artisan behind CookalasHouseOfCards on Etsy has a great eye for beads and her pieces feature some of the most lovely lampwork and pandora style beads I've laid eyes on. She offers a large selection of fashion jewelry in a wide variety of styles from pandora to lampwork, steampunk to vintage, viking knit, hand forged jewelry and more!

If you're a jewelry connoisseur or a bead lover, this is definitely a shop that you won't want to miss out on taking a browse through.
