Photomontages, Digital Collages and Painted Photography by Lyse

ImagineStudio on EtsyToday I'd like to introduce you to a shop that's filled with fantasy, whimsy and, most of all, beautiful images. Tons and tons of beautiful images filled with mystery and imagination.

ImagineStudio on Etsy is a shop that offers much more than just regular photography.

This shop is filled with Fine Art Giclee prints of a variety of photomontages, digital collages and painted photographs all from the mind of an amazing artist from Montreal, Quebec in Canada.

The artist, Lyse, is full of love and emotion and expresses both through her work, communicating her romantic nature and her emotions into each piece that is then, when finished, offered in her shop.

Lyse has a variety of art to offer as well, from landscapes (like the one above that I fell in love with) to portraits, nudes and print sets as well as a wonderful collection of flights of fancy and other works.

The artwork is fascinating and you'll love a browse through what I consider to be her gallery. You're sure to find many that you just have to click on to get a better look at and many that will take your breath away as well.

Captured and Enslaved Dolls in Glass Bubbles

I have a habit of falling for a very unique combination of creepy and cute that you really don't find all that often.

http://www.etsy.com/shop/vonchrupekToday I'd like to introduce you to a shop that fits in this category beautifully and that caught my attention at first glance

AmoMirella by Mirella von Chrupek is a shop filled with this wonderful combination of creepy and beautiful from the tag line of her shop all the way to the pieces she sells there.

Now, I have to tell you first of all, I think dolls are creepy to begin with. Not all dolls. Specifically, I find porcelain dolls that blink are just bone chilling in the creepy department. So when I found this shop? It immediately set off my creepy radar. Yet, at the same time? The work is absolutely exquisite, adorable and just downright... well, cute!

Mirella von Chrupek's pendants, brooches and other beautiful pieces are just breathtaking in their whimsical, melancholic beauty and I think you'll agree when you take a look in her shop.

This shop's stock fluctuates quite often too! Some days I've gone in and there's been only one or two lonely dolls lingering within her shop and yet other days there's pages to browse through! So be sure to look back regularly to see new artwork and creations Mirella has to share.

Pretty Girls, Watercolors and Other Illustrations

Christina Howard DesignsFormerly a professional dancer and choreographer for ten years, Christa Howard now creates beautiful pieces of art and illustration that are a reflection of her perceptions in inspiration, movement, line and, most importantly, a unique sense of style.

Her shop on Etsy, C Howard Designs, is filled with fresh, modern illustrations that are sweet and beautiful at the same time. Her shop caught my eye right away at first glance and made me smile as I browsed through her pieces.

She even has a piece on display in her shop that is very similar to one of my favorite artworks that used to hang on my wall many years (and many moves) ago. It made my heart glow the moment I saw it as the piece I'd once owned that was so similar has long since been lost to the winds of time and whims of moving vans gone by.

I'm especially fond of the style in theChristina Howard Designs two pieces in this post, but she has many, many pieces sure to enchant you into a smile and stir inspiration for that special gift you've been searching for.

Christa Howard's works have been chosen for exhibitions in galleries and selected as "best in show" at Chapman University in Orange, California.

Her photographs have also been used on websites, bee
n commissioned for businesses and been customized for weddings and special events.

She's incredibly talented and her work is absolutely lovely. Her shop is a pure joy so be sure to stop by and take a wander through the gallery of her work on Etsy!
